We have ongoing annual passes at the gym.
The annual card has a binding period of 1 year from the dayit is signed with a notice period of 3 months.
Opening hours at the gym
Monday to Sunday 06:00-21:00
The light turns off 21:45
Showers and changing rooms are open during the gym's opening hours.
NOTE: When the facility is closed, so are the changing rooms.
Information about the gym
The gym is equipped with exercise machines and free weights as well as a studio where training sessions are held. It is free to use if it's not occupid by any pass.
Age limit at the gym
The age limit for self-training at the gym is 15 years.
If you are 13-15 years old, it is okay to train with a parent. You buy a training card together with a guardian.
To participate in spinning, you have to be at least 145 cm.
Payment
Betalning kan ske via faktura med 10 dagars förfallodag, betalkort eller autogiro.
If you want to use your wellness allowance, tell the reception and we will help you.
We accept wellness allowance from Epassi.
Annual pass - without direct debit: This card is not ongoing and expires after one year. You do not need to sign a new agreement every year, but we need to update your card with new payment information.
Annual passes are binding and non-refundable.
Monthly pass The card is active during the months you have signed up for.

Direct Debit: If you have a gym membership on direct debit, the agreement is ongoing. We have a one calendar month notice period for these cards. For example: A one calendar month notice period means if you cancel your gym membership on February 10th, the card expires on March 31st.

Lannalodge pep training
It is our members who, in a non-profit way, created their own group training sessions. Book in the passes via our Facebook croup " Lannalodge peppträning". Here we run everything from tough core workout to circuit traning for all levels, spinning, running and MTB tours or tabata outdoors. Only the imagination sets limits to how much fin we can have together. Requst to join our group so you don't miss a thing.
